U.S. Cannabis Recruiters was founded out of a direct need for qualified, reliable, and professional staffing in the cannabis industry. I saw firsthand the challenges businesses face when dealing with high turnover and a lack of qualified candidates. This frustration fueled a passion to create a solution. By combining my American principles with a deep understanding of the cannabis market, I founded a company dedicated to professionalism and excellence. As a patriot working towards a future of service in the National Guard, Jacob LaForce founded U.S. Cannabis Recruiters to bring discipline, purpose, and a mission-driven focus to the cannabis industry. Having lived in some of America's most iconic cities, from the bustling streets of New York City and Philadelphia to the majestic beauty of Glacier National Park, Mr. LaForce has a unique understanding of the diverse American workforce. He is forging a new path not just for personal success, but to build a business that can empower others and, most importantly, give back to the community by supporting our veterans and other American causes.
